Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist Bids/GeM with experience in managing end-to-end bidding activities on GeM and various e‑Procurement portals. The role involves handling Government, PSU, and BFSI tenders, ensuring compliance, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and timely submission of technically and commercially compliant bids.

What you’ll do as a Specialist Bids/GeM:

Bid & Tender Management

• End-to-end management of bids on GeM Portal and Central/State e‑Procurement portals.
• Identification, evaluation, and qualification of tenders from Government, PSU, and BFSI customers.
• Downloading, studying, and interpreting RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders.
• Preparation and submission of technical, commercial, and compliance documents.

Portal Handling & Compliance

• Hands-on experience in:
  • GeM bids (BOQ, Linked, Bunch, Custom, Service Bid, L1, reverse auction, QCCM, seller dashboard)
  • e‑Proc portals (CPP, State portals, Bank portals, PSU portals)
• Uploading certificates, EMD, MAF, bid security, BGs, and statutory documents.
• Ensuring adherence to tender terms, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordination with:
  • Internal Stockholders for MAFs, technical data sheets, and compliance for bid preparation.
  • Documents from finance, legal, and operations teams or bid preparation.
  • Partners, subcontractors, and service vendors.
• Acting as a single point of contact during bid clarification and pre‑bid queries.

Bid Documentation & Reporting

• Preparation of Bid Documentation and complying from required documents for compliance matrices and deviation statements etc required for bid.
• Maintaining bid trackers and dashboards (pipeline, status, due dates)
• Timely responses to clarifications and corrigenda.
• Post-bid support includes order award documentation.

What you will bring to the team:

• Strong hands-on expertise in GeM and e‑Procurement portals.
• Practical understanding of Government, PSU, and BFSI procurement processes.
• Knowledge of tendering norms, EMD, BG, MSME, Make in India, and QCBS.
• Familiarity with IT/Infrastructure/Manpower/AMC bidding is preferred.
• MS Excel (Bid trackers, BOQ analysis).
• MS Word & PowerPoint (Bid documentation).
• Basic understanding of pricing and commercial constructs.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in bid management/tendering roles.
• Proven experience in Government, PSU, and BFSI bidding environments.
• Exposure to BFSI tenders (Banks, Insurance, NBFCs).
• Experience with IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, or Manpower bids.
• Working with OEMs, System Integrators.
